Rates:
75-90-minute intake evaluation: $250
45-minute psychotherapy:$165
30-minute medication-management: $140
50-minute psychotherapy and medication management: $200
(sliding scale available on individual basis)
I take Optum, Connecticare, UBH, UHC and Aetna Insurances. If you have any other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. Ask your insurance carrier if they have an Out-Of-Network option available. If they do, you may submit a paid invoice online to your insurance company after each visit and the insurance company will reimburse you a portion of the cost.
